Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) in Indonesia's Riau region seeks a Site Engineer or Infrastructure Assistant to monitor on-site activities, ensure projects meet timeline and quality requirements, and support infrastructure works across estate operations.

You will produce bi-weekly progress reports, develop work progress claims (BAPP, BAST), ensure site readiness before awards, and provide technical support for road, housing maintenance, inspections, CSR and sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site engineer or infrastructure assistant experience in palm oil-based companies.
• Technical competency in civil/construction/structural disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and supervise Infrastructure project activities on site, and ensure that the projects can be completed within the agreed timeline and quality requirements
• Evaluate and develop project progress reports on a bi-weekly basis.
• Develop work progress claim documents (BAPP, BAST) and ensure claimed progress is according to the actual progress on site
• Ensure that the preparation of project site as well as the access road is completed before contract is awarded
• Provide technical support for Estate Operations related to Infrastructure items (road, housing maintenance, inspections etc ) as well as CSR and Sustainability
