Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations engineering or facility management.
• Experience optimizing facility operations in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• On-site availability in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing facility operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Oversee maintenance and operational efficiency of facility equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with management and staff to implement strategic operational changes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for disruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Support planning and execution of facility upgrades and expansions.
