Pt Sukma Karya Tama is seeking an Operations Engineer to oversee and optimize facility efficiency at the Tangerang site. You will analyze workflows, implement lean and Six Sigma improvements, and ensure safe, cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, collaboration with management, and leading upgrades. A strong Industrial/Mechanical Engineering background and 5+ years of experience are required for this on-site role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations engineering or facility management.
• Proven experience optimizing manufacturing or industrial facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with all staff levels.
• On-site availability in Tangerang.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Operations Engineer to oversee and optimize the efficiency of their facilities. This is a critical on-site role, requiring your presence within the Tangerang facility to directly engage with operations and drive improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing operational workflows, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing robust solutions to boost productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in industrial engineering, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex operational challenges. You will work closely with the facility management team, production staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
