Job summary

IBMC in Lombok is seeking energetic Servers / F&B Attendants to join our Front-of-House team at a premier beach club and lifestyle venue. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve with a focus on world-class hospitality in a vibrant coastal setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or F&B Attendant in a resort, beach club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory for taking orders from international guests.
• Ability to memorize menus, beverage ingredients, cocktails, and dietary options quickly.
• Able to stand, walk, and carry trays across indoor/outdoor environments during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain options, and suggest daily specials.
• Take accurate orders, input into POS, and serve promptly according to venue standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized dining spaces and stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and floor supervisors for smooth service.
• Process bills and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Address guest requests or complaints professionally and escalate major issues as needed.

IBMC is assisting a premier beach club and lifestyle venue in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, world-class hospitality, and stunning coastal views, our client offers an exceptional dining and lifestyle experience for local and international guests. We are seeking energetic, friendly, and guest-focused Servers / F&B Attendants to join our Front-of-House team.

As a Server, you are the face of our hospitality experience on the floor. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving dishes and drinks efficiently according to service standards, and ensuring a clean, organized dining environment. The ideal candidate possesses a warm personality, a strong work ethic, and conversational English skills to interact confidently with international beach club patrons.

Working Location & Relocation Terms

• Location: On-site in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (Beach Club Venue).
• Relocation Policy: Open to candidates based in Lombok or those willing to relocate. Please note that accommodation, flight, and relocation allowances are NOT provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, present menus, explain food/beverage options, and recommend daily specials.
• Order Taking & Serving: Take accurate food and drink orders, input them into the POS system, and serve dishes/beverages promptly according to venue standards.
• Table Maintenance: Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, clear empty plates/glassware, sanitize tables, and keep service stations clean and organized.
• Communication: Maintain clear, real-time communication with the kitchen, bar, and floor supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
• Payment Processing: Accurately process bills, cash, and card transactions when required.
• Complaint Handling: Respond to guest requests, feedback, or minor complaints professionally and escalate major issues to floor supervisors immediately.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or F&B Attendant in a resort, beach club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory for taking orders from international guests).
• Product Knowledge: Ability to memorize food menus, beverage ingredients, cocktail listings, and dietary options quickly.
• Physical Fitness & Agility: Able to stand, walk, and carry trays efficiently across indoor/outdoor beach club environments during long shifts.
• Attitude: Punctual, neat in appearance, polite, and adaptable to fast-paced team environments.
• Location/Relocation: Based in Lombok OR fully willing to relocate to Lombok independently (without relocation allowance).
