Dexa Group is expanding its content team in Indonesia to develop engaging content across social platforms and digital channels. The role involves acting on camera to promote products and initiatives, while crafting ideas aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of content creation experience, strong copywriting and storytelling skills, and be comfortable appearing on camera in Indonesian and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, Film, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Content Creator.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging content (video, photo, and written content) for social media and digital platforms.
• Act as on-camera talent to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce impactful campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations based on insights and analytics.
• Stay updated on digital trends and audience preferences; review and ensure content quality and brand consistency.
