The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Report to the Omni Manager Bali.
  • Develop strategies for retention and upselling Grab products.
  • Foster relationships with merchants through listening and regular communication to address their needs and feedback.
  • Design impactful campaigns relevant to current trends and market conditions.
  • Ensure partner growth, analyze ROI and indicators to boost business, and cultivate customer loyalty.
  • Maintain service and quality standards through collaboration with partners and teams, supporting team development for performance.
Qualifications

Essential Skills Needed

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with ability to manage partnerships and increase revenue.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Interest in the F&B industry, comfortable using a laptop and internet.
  • Encourages collaboration and inclusivity.
