OM Technical Support Engineer_Kalimantan

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in at least two of the following areas:

• Power systems (e.g., solar power, power supply, generators)
• Microwave transmission
• BTS (Base Transceiver Station) configuration and maintenance
• VSAT satellite communication
• CCTV

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for 4G network operations and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Diagnose and resolve 4G site faults efficiently, utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and implement upgrades.
4. Conduct on-site inspections, maintenance, and repairs for equipment including power systems, microwave, BTS, VSAT, and CCTV.
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during field work.
