OM Engineer_Maluku

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 4G network operations and maintenance.
2. Able to do on-site troubleshooting for BTS/MW/CCTV/Power/VSAT equipment.
3. Able to work at height, K3 certification is preferred.
4. Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to Maluku for long-term assignments.

Job Responsibility:

1. Provide technical support for 4G network operations and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Diagnose and resolve 4G site faults efficiently, utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and implement upgrades.
4. Conduct on-site inspections, maintenance, and repairs for equipment including power systems, microwave, BTS, VSAT, and CCTV.
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during field work.
