Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical diploma preferred.
• 2+ years of QA/QC coordination, inspection support, or related field.
• Typing and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore QC coordination in preparing and updating personnel schedules and safety training status.
• Maintain subcontractor details and inspection personnel approvals, travel tickets, and CVs.
• Assist in welding consumable requisitions and track welding consumables offshore.
• Arrange welding consumables with documents to offshore locations per guidance.
• Follow up QA/QC document movement and handover to senior staff as directed.
• Prepare support documents and schedules for offshore activities per guidance.
