We are seeking a motivated Offshore Marketing Manager (Indonesia) to lead student recruitment efforts from Indonesia and support our broader Southeast Asian strategy.
· Recruit international students from Indonesia into CIM’s degree programs.
· Develop and maintain a strong network of educational agents across all provinces, especially emerging regions.
· Coordinate with onshore Filipino agents in Australia as required.
· Conduct regular travel across Indonesia for agent visits and marketing campaigns.
· Plan, execute, and evaluate targeted marketing activities and promotions.
· Support students and liaise with agents throughout the recruitment process.
· Manage CIM’s Indonesian social media platforms and digital presence.
· Design and distribute marketing materials in Bahasa Indonesia.
· Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
· Prepare detailed reports following overseas visits.
· Represent CIM at education expos in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.
· Ensure compliance with ESOS Act, the National Code, and other relevant legislation.
· Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
· Proven experience in international student recruitment, ideally in the Indonesian market to Australia and New Zealand.
· Strong network within ethnic and regional Indonesian communities.
· Active involvement in community events is highly regarded.
· Deep understanding of student visa pathways (including SSVF and working holiday to student visa transitions).
· Familiarity with the ESOS Act, National Code, and the international education framework.
· Strong IT, marketing, and communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and sales conversion capabilities.
· Ability to work independently and within a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Prior experience with education agents or counseling roles in Indonesia is highly desirable.
· Type: Full-time, flexible hours.
· Location: Initially work from home (Indonesia) with regular travel. Office support may be provided later.
· Remuneration: Base salary plus performance-based bonus on enrollments and targets.
