Offline Sales Supervisor

About the role

This is a full-time Offline Sales Supervisor role at Lozy', a leading retail and consumer products company based in Tasikmalaya, West Java. As the Offline Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our physical store locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and support a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
• Monitor store operations and inventory, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the store to deliver outstanding shopping experiences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and in-store campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
• Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
