We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer Service Relationship

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible to build relationship with customer with high integrity and good interpersonal skill, provide extraordinary service and follow the guideline and procedure, support RM in terms of execute and monitoring all transaction, follow up and fast response all queries from customer and RM/sales role, proactive and having initiative to support business such as cross selling to customer

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Has minimum 2 years working in Banking and servicing customer.
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • High integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have basic knowledge of Banking and Investment
