Job summary

RGE is seeking an Officer, QMS to lead quality management initiatives in Marunda, Indonesia. You will drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and support audits and digitalization efforts to enhance traceability and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science/engineering field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Interest in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with process improvement, root cause analysis, audits or compliance activities.
• Demonstrated interest in digitalization and use of Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes through standardization, process optimization, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Develop and enhance SOPs, workflows, checklists, monitoring tools, and quality system documentation to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support QMS digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency, traceability, and reporting.
• Investigate customer complaints by collecting data, performing root cause analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring corrective actions.
• Analyze complaint trends and recurring issues to drive preventive actions and system-wide quality improvements.
• Support customer and internal audits through document preparation, evidence collection, audit participation, and follow-up of audit findings.
• Conduct field inspections and compliance verification in operational areas to identify nonconformities, ensure QMS adherence, and monitor corrective actions.
• Manage customer compliance activities, including completing customer questionnaires and coordinating external laboratory testing requirements.
