Job summary

RGE in Indonesia is seeking a finance/costing specialist to strengthen costing, inventory control, and asset management processes. You will analyze costs, monitor budgets, and prepare reports for management while ensuring SAP data integrity.

Qualifications

• Prepare and analyze monthly processing cost reports.
• Monitor actual costs against budget and investigate significant variances.
• Support cost analysis and cost control activities.
• Prepare cost reporting data for management review.
• Assist in reviewing COGS, cost allocation, and standard costing updates.
• Monitor inventory movements, adjustments, and stock reconciliations.
• Review inventory aging reports and follow up with relevant departments.
• Conduct gain/loss analysis and stock variance investigations.
• Support stock count activities and inventory verification processes.
• Ensure inventory records are properly maintained and accurately reflected in the SAP system.
• Maintain fixed asset records and asset master data.
• Perform asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation checks.
• Monitor Asset Under Construction (AUC) and Capex spending.
• Prepare asset and Capex reports on a periodic basis.
• Support asset lifecycle administration and compliance requirements.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Monitor budget utilization and prepare variance reports.
• Support month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
• Prepare financial data and supporting schedules for reporting purposes.
