Responsibilities

1. Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customers as follows:
2. Solution architect for ICT infrastructure, Network, and IoT solutions.
3. Assist sales team in assessing customers’ technical requirements.
4. Create technical solution designs and cost analyses as references for sales offerings and implementation processes.
5. Ensure that the technical solutions & designs are valid and implementable.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, with a proven track record.
2. Experience in ICT Solution Provider/System Integrator/ICT Principal companies.
3. University degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
4. Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
5. Ability to work independently using initiative and judgment.
6. Flexible and adaptable under pressure, capable of meeting short and long-term deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and planning skills to translate customer requirements into matching products & solutions.
8. Willing to be placed in Batam.

Skills & Competencies

1. Ability to design ICT Infrastructure (servers, storage, firewalls, networks) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M).
2. Expertise in Cloud, IoT, and Application is a plus.
3. Ability to manage enterprise service projects.

Business Acumen

1. Understanding of the Market Segment of Enterprise Service.
2. Knowledge of basic business calculations.

Communication Skills

1. Proficient in Bahasa and English communication skills.
2. Strong presentation skills.
3. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
