Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Indonesia seeks an experienced professional to manage departmental budgets and lead a B2B sales team targeting government sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ICT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and mentor team members to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Job Descriptions

  • In order to ensure the department operates and achieve Budget revenue Target
  • Established divisional KPI base on the organizational scorecard
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve department objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, make recommendations, and tracking their improvement
  • Manage department budget based on the work plan
  • Improve business process and Data Base of customers
  • Deliver best customer experience in Department level

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience with experience in selling ICT, Telco products
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, particularly in government sectors (Badan, APH, Kementrian)
  • Having knowledge about B2B business model and sales methodology
  • Good in English, oral and written
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
  • Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
