Office Manager – European Heavy Equipment Company

Our client is a well-established European company specializing in heavy equipment, currently expanding operations in Indonesia with a growing presence in Surabaya. The company is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to support their team in Surabaya. This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage overall office administration, including scheduling, document handling, and supply management.
  2. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support administrative efficiency.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers, including managing contracts and service agreements.
  4. Plan and execute company meetings, workshops, events, and business-related gatherings.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable administrative procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Skilled in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  5. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  6. Comfortable working across different time zones as needed.
  7. Experience in communicating with senior executives and relevant external stakeholders.
