Job description

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  2. Strong organizational skills, high administrative skill and attention to detail.
  3. Expert in Microsoft Office.
  4. Familiar with Monday, Canva, and Servicem8 or other relevant platforms.
  5. Preferably candidates who want to live in Bali.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry: Basic bookkeeping.
  2. Record Management: Managing all communications between company and clients, Job Entry, Quoting, and Invoicing.
  3. Data Analysis: Creating and Analyzing Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain all Invoices and Reports.
  5. Scheduling all job entries.
  6. Assist in organizing or making any improvements in Management.
