Sales Executive ~ Manager - Japanese Property - Jakarta (ID: 201264)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting several clients in finding talented Office Leasing Sales for various positions across Jakarta

1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new corporate tenants (with a focus on Japanese and multinational companies)
2. Conduct client prospecting, property viewings, proposal presentations, and lease negotiations
3. Manage relationships with existing tenants and ensure their needs are consistently met
4. Coordinate with internal departments (legal, property management, HQ in Japan) to ensure seamless service delivery
5. Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
6. Prepare sales reports, leasing proposals, and pipeline updates for management
7. Attend industry events and build strong local and international networks

Requirement

【MUST】Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or corporate B2B sales-Able to work independently and show ownership in achieving results

【MUST】Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing lease contracts

【MUST】Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with executive-level clients

【MUST】Experience working for a developer or real estate agency (especially in office leasing)
