Job summary

PT. Satu Solusi Karya is seeking a diligent cleaning associate for our Bali co-working space. You will maintain a clean and sanitised environment across offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, gym, and common areas, following sanitary guidelines.

Responsibilities include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, desk tidying, equipment disinfection, basic landscaping, and assisting with setup for meetings and events. Indonesian native with basic English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or related field.
• Native Indonesian speaker with basic English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleaning excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, dependable with good work ethic.
• Willingness to learn tasks and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitised environment across the co-working space.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms following sanitary guidelines.
• Empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, dust surfaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and essential items.
• Clear rubbish from desks and surfaces; tidy common areas.
• Disinfect gym equipment regularly.
• Perform light landscaping tasks: raking, weeding, trimming.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for meetings and events.
• Report maintenance issues to Cleaning Lead.
• Assist maintenance technician with minor projects.
• Other duties to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean and sanitised environment throughout the co-working space, including common areas, private offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, and gym equipment.
• Empty trash bins, vacuum and mop floors, dust all surfaces, blinds, and window sills.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms following sanitary guidelines.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and other essential items for daily operations.
• Clear rubbish/cups from desks and other work surfaces.
• Wipe down and disinfect gym equipment at regular intervals throughout the day.
• Keep the grounds free of debris, litter, and fallen leaves.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, and trimming (light trimming only).
• Assist with power-washing exterior areas as needed.

General Support :

• Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture for meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Report any maintenance issues discovered during cleaning rounds to the Cleaning Lead.
• Assist the maintenance technician with minor projects upon request.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the co-working space.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
