Job description

Position: MDW Administrator (Remote – Based in Malang, Surabaya)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SG time), with flexibility for after-hours interviews

Reporting To: Operations Lead, FIRSTLINE Employment

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate Coordination – Conduct initial screening interviews with MDW candidates via WhatsApp, Zoom, or Teams – Guide candidates through the application and biodata form submission process – Verify accuracy and completeness of candidate biodata and supporting documents

Administrative Support – Maintain a structured and updated database of MDW profiles – Ensure all digital records are kept in compliance with privacy and data handling standards – Prepare and submit documentation to relevant agencies as needed

Communication & Support – Communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia with candidates – Provide basic guidance and answer queries from applicants regarding the placement process – Offer timely updates to Singapore-based staff on application progress or red flags

Workflow & Platform Assistance – Assist in uploading biodata onto Matchmaid and other internal platforms – Flag inconsistencies or potential quality concerns with submitted profiles – Suggest operational improvements for smoother cross-border collaboration

Key Requirements:

Based in Malang - Surabaya, with stable internet connectivity

Proficient in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer support is an advantage
