Requirements:
  1. Project management and master schedule planning development.
  2. Coordinate submission of production schedules, drawing lists, and project reports.
  3. Manage and follow up on project progress, including gate reviews.
  4. Facilitate communication during manufacturing between customers, sales, and production.
  5. Oversee contract items, negotiate with responsible parties, and communicate project urgency.
  6. Ensure manufacturing results meet customer requests.
  7. Report project modifications and finished goods status to management.
  8. Manage correspondence with clients regarding project execution, delivery schedules, and variations.
  9. Initiate invoicing and follow up on payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong procurement background.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and departments.
  • Leadership ability to drive quality performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and operational engineers.
  • Proficient in project administration and documentation.
  • Interest in administrative tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and resilience.
