Requirements:

  • Project Management and master schedule planning
  • Coordinate submission of Production Schedule, Drawing Lists, and Project Reports
  • Prepare projects, manage, follow up, and control project progress, including Gate Review
  • Facilitate communication during manufacturing between customer and unit, sales and production
  • Oversee contract items and coordinate with responsible persons, conveying project urgency to team members
  • Check manufacturing results and ensure products meet customer requests
  • Report project modifications and finished goods management to management and relevant departments
  • Manage correspondence with clients regarding project execution, negotiate delivery schedules and variation orders
  • Initiate invoicing to customers and follow up on payments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management
  • Strong procurement background
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and departments
  • Leadership skills to drive quality performance
  • Ability to work independently and with sales and operational engineers
  • Proficient in project administration and filing
  • Interest in administrative tasks
  • Interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to multitask and work in teams
  • Inventive and resilient
