Responsibilities:

  • Import Documentation: Handle and verify all necessary import documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Import Regulatory Compliance: Ensure and implement import regulations, HS Code classification, and consult with customs when needed. Track and resolve any discrepancies in documentation or shipment statuses to avoid delays.
  • Warehouse & Inventory: Oversee warehouse activities, monitor stock levels, and manage shipments.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare logistics reports, maintain records, and track transportation costs.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business or Economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in import processes
  • Familiar with HS Code classification and customs compliance
  • Proficient in import regulations and logistics management
  • Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
