Job description

Staffinc is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Odoo Functional Consultant. You will oversee the integration of our divisions, such as accounting, sales, supply chain, and human resources. Your deliverable is a streamlined, well-documented, and well-maintained flow of information across the Company’s divisions, with the Company ERP Program at its core.

Note:

1. This position will be outsourced to our client on a contract PKWT basis.
2. This position will be expected to work from the office (WFO) full-time in Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze user's needs and business processes and map them properly within the Company’s ERP Program.
2. Create technical details of procedure and work instruction documents for using Company ERP current features or functions.
3. Lead the development and maintenance of the ERP Program, including supervision of the developers, to deliver the required configurations/updates/troubleshooting in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Test developed features or functions to validate that they are working as expected.
5. Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues related to the Company ERP usage on the end-user’s side.
6. Proactively examine and analyze business processes and workflows and suggest improvements.
7. Complete and clear documentation for any task/work done.
8. Prepare test cases for testing the Company ERP Program. Testing may also include Unit testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client-specific software testing.
9. Coach users on how to use the Company ERP Program efficiently.
10. Handle users’ queries regarding the Company ERP Program.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, but any other field is welcomed.
2. Experienced in full-cycle implementation of ERP software, preferably Odoo.
3. At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis or a Functional Consultancy role.
4. Powerful communication skills to bridge communications between non-technical users and developers.
5. Diligent in technical documentation and can explain technical details.
6. Strong knowledge of Odoo Framework, Flow Chart & Blueprint Design.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Able to work with minimum supervision.
9. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office Suites.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of System Analysis and Design methodology will be a plus point.
2. Knowledge of Accounting practices is a plus.
3. Knowledge of Warehouse practices is a plus.
4. Application development skills for writing code in Python is a big plus.
5. Prior experience as an Odoo Functional is a big plus.
