• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers/QAs.
• Comfort with tools like Discord, Sheets, Docs, and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring across Odia items and trainer work.
• Provide clear feedback and updates to trainers and QAs.
• Handle Odia wording questions and cultural context issues.
• Activate inactive contributors and manage follow-ups.
• Create and maintain Odia project documentation and style guides.
• Lead onboarding/training to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Ensure adherence to Odia language guidelines amid updates.
• Identify recurring gaps and suggest scalable QA improvements.
