A technology firm in Jakarta is seeking a professional to manage Performance Management policies and lead recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, with 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. This role involves ensuring stakeholder engagement and developing performance review frameworks.
Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plan, and best practice human performance review
Managing the overall Performance Management policies and processes
Manage, communicate, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and understanding of rewards and benefits programs
Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job description for all positions in the Company to fulfill both internal and external needs, divisional career path and job grading
Developing & managing performance review framework, processes & tools
Lead recruitment and termination processes for the Product & Tech directorate, including vendor manpower management
