Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks a dedicated Occupational Medicine Physician to develop and manage comprehensive occupational health programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting a safe, healthy workplace.

You will conduct risk assessments, health screenings, and wellness initiatives, collaborate with management and safety teams, and provide data-driven reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• MD degree with a Specialist Degree in Occupational Medicine (Sp.Ok.)
• Indonesian Medical Registration Certificate (STR) and current Practice License (SIP)
• Minimum 2–3 years of occupational health experience
• Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health regulations and labor laws
• Experience with health assessments, medical surveillance, and wellness programs
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health assessments and risk assessments
• Perform health screenings, medical surveillance, and fitness-for-work evaluations
• Develop and evaluate workplace health promotion programs
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian health and safety regulations
• Assess ergonomics and recommend improvements
• Analyze health data and prepare reports for management
• Deliver health and safety training sessions
• Investigate health incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and update occupational health policies
• Provide medical guidance on occupational health concerns
