Job summary

A prestigious hotel in Bali is seeking a Chief Steward to manage the stewarding operation. Responsibilities

• Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Managing the stewarding operation of 10 kitchens & 8 FB outlets and bars.
• Coordinate all repair and maintenance reports for the respective departmental areas.
• Ensure that all equipment specification lists are updated and controlled after every inventory.
• Daily monitoring of HACCP procedures and guidelines.

Skills

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity
