Role Description

A Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and supporting the medical team to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when required.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and professional ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year work experience as a nurse. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid Nursing Registration/License (STR & SIP).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, BTCLS, Occupational Health & Safety, Hiperkes) are an advantage.
