Nurse Coordinator Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily ward activities and schedules
• Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
• Liaise with patients, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy
• Assist in the development and implementation of ward policies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduated in Nursing major
• Preferably have certification in ACLS/ BTCLS/ ICU
• Proven at least 2 years of experience as nurse ward coordinator
• Excellent in details, hospitality skills, including the ability to listen and serve people
