Non Retail Digital Process
- Collaborate with relevant teams such as Product, ORCO, IT, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to develop internal regulations (Perdir), SOPs, or memos related to processes and operations for Non-Retail Digital products and services.
- Ensure that processes and designs for Non-Retail Digital products (Cash Management, Transaction Baking) and services receive approval from relevant stakeholders and forums.
- Ensure that the processes for Non-Retail Digital products (Cash Management, Transaction Baking) and services comply with applicable internal and external policies and regulations.
- Ensure that all documentation related to Digital projects and Digital products is complete and securely stored in an accessible location for those who need it.
- Responsible for the overall development of application/web design for Non-Retail products and channels (Cash Management, Transaction Baking).
Requirements
- Able to study policy and regulatory documents and identify any processes or documentation that require follow-up.
- Understand the fundamental regulations, operations, and policies of the Bank, particularly in the Non-Retail Digital domain.
