Responsibilities

- Perform remote service disruption repairs.
- Escalate issues to other units if not resolved remotely.
- Assist field teams with ongoing work.

Responsibilities

- Melakukan eskalasi ke unit lain jika gangguan yang terjadi tidak bisa diperbaiki secara remote
- Menangani permintaan bantuan dari tim lapangan yang sedang melakukan pekerjaanya
Requirements
- Pendidikan min D3/S1 Teknik Komputer/Teknik Informatika/Teknik Telekomunikasi
- Menguasai TCP/IP dan Jaringan
- Menguasai Operating System Mikrotik
- Bersedia bekerja dalam shift dan hari libur/weekend
