  • Perform remote service disruption repairs.
  • Escalate issues to other units if not resolved remotely.
  • Assist field teams with ongoing work.

Responsibilities
  • Menangani keluhan/request dari pelanggan sesuai standar yang ditetapkan
  • Melakukan perbaikan gangguan layanan secara remote
  • Melakukan eskalasi ke unit lain jika gangguan yang terjadi tidak bisa diperbaiki secara remote
  • Menangani permintaan bantuan dari tim lapangan yang sedang melakukan pekerjaanya
Requirements
  • Pendidikan min D3/S1 Teknik Komputer/Teknik Informatika/Teknik Telekomunikasi
  • Menguasai TCP/IP dan Jaringan
  • Menguasai Operating System Mikrotik
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam shift dan hari libur/weekend
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris lebih disukai
  • Penempatan di Semarang
