Monitoring and maintaining the performance and availability of our network infrastructure

Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues in a timely manner

Implementing proactive measures to prevent network outages and minimise downtime

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related challenges

Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures

Participating in the development and implementation of network improvement strategies

Providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a NOC Engineer or in a similar role

Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and best practices ((Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, dll)

Proficiency in using network monitoring and management tools (Routing, Firewall, VLAN, Tunneling, Wireless)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends
