Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a skilled network security professional in Jakarta to lead design, implementation, and support of secure infrastructure. The role focuses on networking and security solutions, with hands-on troubleshooting at customer sites and on-site deployments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields and at least three years of experience with IT security, networking, and Palo Alto Next Gen Firewall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, CE, or Telecommunication from a reputable university.
• 3+ years in network/security tech, preferably in system integration.
• Strong IT security installation, troubleshooting, and security tactics management.
• Deep knowledge/experience with Palo Alto Next Gen Firewall.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced input and strategic IT security solutions for client systems.
• Support daily activities across customer sites with on-site presence.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot networking and security infrastructure.
• Create documentation and reports for customer needs, including preventive maintenance and fault analysis.
