Leading the development of new products from concept to launch.

Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Defining product vision and strategy in short and long term to align with business objectives and market trends.

Conducting market research to identify customer needs, product opportunities, trends, and competition.

Validating the product concept, prototype, and communication concept before launch.

Developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.

Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met.

Collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize product quality and manufacturability.

• Proven market research experience on either client or agency side with key quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Vision to develop based on innovation, differentiation, and delivering unique concepts based on consumer demands.
• Proven success in launching new product development (NPD), especially in Food & Beverages industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
