Job summary

ACS Group is seeking a Network Solution Architect in Surabaya to design end-to-end wired and wireless infrastructure solutions and improve customer operations through optimized networks.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, performing site surveys, PoC demonstrations, and collaborating with sales for presales and after-sales activities, while maintaining strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• CCNA Routing & Switching certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Cyber security knowledge with Fortinet/Palo Alto/Sangfor is an advantage.
• Profinient in wireless technologies (Aruba/Extreme Networks/HPE).
• Self-motivated with analytical problem solving; good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Assist sales with presales/after-sales activities, demos, and PoC.

Job description

We are looking for Network Solution Architect that has a strong interest in creating end to end infrastructure solution and implement it to enhance the performance and efficiency of customer operation.

Responsibilities & Specific Requirement: NSA

· Analyze customer needs

· Design and develop Wired and Wireless infrastructure solutions

· Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs

· Accompany our sales team for doing presales and after sales activities, present or demo of our products, doing PoC (Proof of Concepts), etc.

· Doing Site Survey, Installations & Configuration, Reporting, Training and Troubleshooting regarding products delivered to customer.

· Having Certificate CCNA Routing Switching is an advantage

· Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet and networking

· Having Cyber Security (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Sangfor) knowledge & experience is an advantage

· Having knowledge and familiar with Wireless (Aruba/Extreme Networks/HPE) Products is an advantage

· Having good knowledge in various IT technologies (server, external storage, various operating system and application, collaboration, etc.) is an advantage

· Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field

· Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering,Computer Science, or related discipline field

General Requirements:

· Self-motivated, able to work as a team and able to work under pressure

· Adaptive, proactive, having good analytical problem solving capability

· Fast learner, cooperative with team, creative and proactive mindset

· Good interpersonal communication skill, Fluency in English
