Network Security L2

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Security L2 and L1 professional to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of network security protocols, threat management, and incident response, ensuring the integrity and safety of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
• Perform security incident investigation, analysis, and remediation.
• Respond to and resolve security-related support tickets and escalations.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply security patches.
• Assist in implementing security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to enhance overall network security posture.
• Perform log analysis and network traffic monitoring for threat detection.
• Document security incidents, solutions, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3-5 yearsof experience in network security or IT security operations.
• Hands-on experience withfirewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Check Point, etc.).
• Knowledge of IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, endpoint security, and threat intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, and security frameworks.
• Experience with security incident handling and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Certifications likeCCNA Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or Palo Alto PCNSEare a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
