Job summary

Thales is seeking a Network & Security Infrastructure Engineer in Jakarta to join the Internet and Cloud Access Squad. You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures with a focus on proxies, sandbox, and firewall systems.

You will handle operational support, resolve incidents, perform proactive monitoring, and produce periodic reports on network performance while ensuring security and compliance across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring network and security infrastructures (Proxies, Sandbox, LAN, Wi‑Fi, WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
• Hands-on with Windows and Linux server environments (ESX)
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and monitoring network performance
• Knowledge of IAM, PKI, SSO, MFA, and cloud security concepts
• Automation scripting skills in Python/PowerShell/Bash

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures with focus on proxies, sandbox, and firewall systems
• Provide operational support and resolve network-related incidents
• Perform proactive performance monitoring and continuous improvement of network processes and tooling
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and produce periodic reports on network performance
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to problem-solving across international teams
