Job description

Network Planning & Optimization Engineer

Responsible for providing technical support in the network planning and design of GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G networks.

Responsible for delivering customized solutions, project implementation, and communicating with customers regarding GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G networks.

Execute RF network optimization based on standard delivery processes.

Ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction throughout the project delivery process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in radio network optimization.

Experience in Performance Analysis and Optimization (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS), with multi-vendor experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Willing to undertake short-term or long-term overseas assignments and proactively enhance personal skills through hard work.

Excellent spoken and written English skills.
