Network Optimization Engineer - CCD Maintain

Responsibilities:

1. Optimize network performance with a focus on RF design and Cell Details Design (CDD) updates during network swaps and MOCN.
2. Ensure accurate and timely updates to RF data during the network changeover process.
3. Manage and coordinate data updates during network swaps, ensuring RF data consistency.
4. Monitor network performance during MOCN and optimize for smooth transitions.
5. Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement.
6. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of network changes.
8. Support troubleshooting and resolution of network issues related to RF and optimization.
9. Maintain accurate records of network configurations, data updates, and performance optimizations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
2. 3-5 years in network optimization, with experience in RF design, CDD, and MOCN.
3. Familiarity with network optimization tools and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Certifications: Preferred (Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP, or equivalent.)
5. Strong knowledge of RF optimization and network performance monitoring.
6. Experience with network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
7. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
