Network Operation Centre (NOC) Staff

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Telecommunication/Computer/IT)
2. Minimal 2 years experience in the related field
3. Have experience to configure BTS, Radio, VSAT
4. Personal Attributes: Teamwork, Communicative, Friendly, and ready to work on shifting (3 Shift/day)
5. Background operation experience in ZTE/Huawei equipment is preferred

Job Responsibility:

1. Managing trouble tickets/inquiries, follow up, and provide solutions for second level support
