Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support & service customer server
- Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
- Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance.
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
- Implement new hardware, system and software
- Maintain and troubleshoot server problems
- Report to Supervisor
Requirements
- Min. 2 years working experience of Technical Support in similar position
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- CCNA, CCNP certificate
- Demonstrate experience in one or more of the following additional areas: Database Technologies (SQL, Web Technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP); Email Deliverability; CRMs (Salesforces, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
