Job summary

PT. Varnion Technology Semesta in Denpasar, Bali, is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and optimize local and customer network connections. You will troubleshoot, install, and configure network devices, monitor core and distribution networks, and respond to alarms and emails promptly.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in CS/IS, 1+ year experience in routing and switching, knowledge of BGP/OSPF, and familiarity with Mikrotik and switch devices. CCNA/MTCNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with routing and switching.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Familiar with Mikrotik devices and other switch brands.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• CCNA or MTCNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, install, and configure network devices and connections.
• Handle core and distribution networks.
• Respond to emails and group chat alarms.
• Acknowledge and resolve alarms from the NMS.
• Monitor private and public connections, device links, and BGP/Internet paths.
• Produce daily NMS reports on resolved cases.
