Acting as Network Engineer to perform corrective and preventive maintenance support of complex IT network infrastructure.
Perform identification analysis and troubleshooting of any technical issues and achieve restoration/resolution and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Generate technical documents such as Method of Procedure (MoP) and corrective and preventive maintenance report documents.
Present the corrective and preventive maintenance report to the customer.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or IT.
Willing to work shifts for 24X7 support as an engineer onsite at the customer site.
2-5 years of experience in ICT networking.
Strong concepts and hands-on skills in Routing & Switching, wired & wireless, and Data Centre.
Must hold valid certification from Cisco or Juniper, minimum CCNA or JNCIA.
Intermediate knowledge of IP Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
Willingness to work as a team player or individually.
