Network Engineer

• Perform maintenance & troubleshooting of network connectivity such as Lease Line, IPsec, VPN Client.
• Monitor network connectivity.
• Manage all LAN access, Data Center, Intranet, and Internet services and infrastructure, including technical aspects of repair, maintenance, and implementation according to planning, in coordination with Support L1, L2, and L3, to achieve service standards.
• Maintain intranet and internet networks.
• Configure routing changes and open/close ports according to requests.
• Provide support for internal network requests.
• Report and coordinate internal and external network requests.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Fortigate Firewall.
• Experience using a ticketing system (Jira).
• Basic firewall knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience related to this position.
