Job summary

A leading company in the ICT sector is seeking a Network Engineer to support and maintain complex IT network infrastructure on-site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or IT, relevant certifications, and experience in ICT networking. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in ICT networking.
• Must hold valid Certification from Cisco or Juniper minimum CCNA or JNCIA.
• Willing to work shift for 24X7 support.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance support of complex IT network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to meet SLA.
• Generate and present technical documents like MoP and maintenance reports.

Job description

• Acting as Network Engineer to perform corrective and preventive maintenance support of complex IT network infrastructure
• Perform identification analysis and troubleshooting of any technical issues and get the restoration / resolution and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Generate technical documents such as Method of Procedure (MoP), corrective and preventive maintenance report documents
• Present the corrective and preventive maintenance report to customer

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree qualification in Telecommunication or IT
• Willing to work shift for support 24X7 as engineer onsite at customer site
• 2-5 years of experience in ICT networking
• Strong concept and hands on skill in Routing & Switch, wired & wireless, & Data Centre.
• Must hold valid Certification from Cisco or Juniper minimum CCNA or JNCIA.
• Having intermediate knowledge of IP Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Willing to work in team player or individual.
