We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and security of our network, as well as implementing solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Job Description:

1. Design, implement, and manage the organization's local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
2. Configure and install various network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN.
3. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network availability and reliability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement network solutions that support organizational objectives.
5. Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to safeguard the network against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
6. Participate in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT professionals.
8. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
3. Solid understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and security best practices.
4. Experience with Cisco and other networking hardware and software.
5. Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
