Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Description This full-time, on-site NC Metal Scan Programmer role is based in Kecamatan Brebes. The NC Metal Scan Programmer is responsible for preparing and reviewing technical drawings, creating and optimizing CNC programs for metal scanning and machining processes, and setting up milling operations according to project specifications. Daily tasks include verifying dimensions and tolerances, coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate mold manufacturing, and troubleshooting programming or machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency. The role also involves maintaining documentation for programs, monitoring machine performance, and supporting continuous improvement of tooling processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Drawing and interpreting engineering blueprints to ensure accurate mold and tooling specifications.
• Proficiency in Programming for metal scanning and machining operations, including program creation, modification, and optimization.
• Able to operate Rhinoceros software is a MUST.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and commitment to product quality and precision.
• Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Brebes, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and follow safety and production standards.
• Relevant technical education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in mold or tooling industries.
• Previous experience in mold-making, shoe-mold tooling, or metal fabrication is beneficial.
