Job summary

Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Balikpapan invites dedicated teachers to join our primary education team. The role focuses on delivering the National Curriculum, creating engaging lesson plans and materials, and assessing student progress with Cambridge-aligned methods where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary School Teacher Education or Diploma IV (PGSD) or relevant education major.
• 1–2 years teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Ability to design lesson plans (RPP) and teaching materials.
• Strong communication, creativity, patience, and interactive classroom skills.
• Proficient with educational technology (presentations, multimedia, simulations).
• Team collaboration and ability to follow guidance from leadership.
• Demonstrates integrity, discipline and strong work ethics.

Responsibilities

Qualifications :

Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) or any relevant education major.

Has at least 1–2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational institution; fresh graduates are welcome.

Understands the National Curriculum.

Able to design lesson plans (RPP) and teaching materials.

Possesses strong communication skills, creativity, patience, and the ability to create an interactive classroom environment.

Proficient in using educational technology (presentations, multimedia, simulations, etc.).

Able to collaborate within a team and follow guidance from the principal or curriculum coordinator.

Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and strong work ethics.
